What is it about Emily?
I bought Emily for my 4 month old daughter Lilly when she started teething. She has other toys which I 'thought' were her favourite but nothing got the reaction that Emily got when I first gave it to Lilly and everytime since...........she loves her. Maybe its the bright colours or the crinkle noise from her dress or the teething rings I am unsure but there is definitely something about Emily that is so fantastic children just love her!!!

a real hit with the baby
This doll has a rattle and a teathing toy attatched. I bought one for my neice at 4 months and one for my friends girl at 12 months. both love it. much better value then ones bouth from mother care elc........ it is reasuring that the packaging clearly displays the safety checks and standards

I bought this dolly for my daughter Katie who was at the time just two months ols but is now four months and she absolutely loves her! Emily is well loved and chewed almost everyday. Fantastic product!
This product is brilliant.
At 14 weeks into my pregnancy, this doppler enables me to hear my baby's heartbeat from the comfort of my own home and gives a huge sense of peace of mind and relief after previous pregnancy problems.
I managed to find my baby's heartbeat straight away and was able to record it on my laptop with ease using the cable provided. You can then share that awesome sound with friends and family, who may not normally get the chance to experience it.
Totally recommend this product to any expectant parents and those with other child so they can be a part of the magic too.

just...wow!
after reading reviews about the "summer" doppler and being a bit disheartened i searched for another and found the "angelsounds" doppler. I ordered this yesterday @2pm and received it today at 10am! i actually gomine from ebay- it had battery, gel and doppler and including postage it was £27 ish. i am 18 weeks and wanted this so my hubby could hear the baby if he couldnt make my midwife appointments. i could hear the baby straight away very very clearly and it is just magical! totally worth every penny!

Served us well for years
We have had an egg for a couple of years now. Our daughters bedroom is subject to extreme temp changes and we needed to be able to see what the temperature was in the dark. The egg seemed to be the perfect solution, and it has been. It has a lovely glow as a night light, and it has always been accurate enough to warn us when we need to open her windows (summer time!) or put extra blankets over her (sometimes her room becomes so cold that we have to put the heating on in the middle of the night!).
If you live in a modern home with proper central heating and insulation, then you probably don't really need a bedroom thermometer (or perhaps you'll be one of these people worrying about a thermometer being one or two degrees out!), but if you are worried that your child's bedroom will not hold it's temperature well at night, then the Egg really is the best thing on the market.

Apparently it's always hot!
Well, like the others I find this to read ridiculously hot. When we have another thermometer (which is also inaccurate reading too high, that's why we replaced it with this!) reading 23.5 and the heating thermostat set at 19 the egg continues to warn us it's 24.9 degrees in here. This is positively dangerous, I bought this product because I am disabled in a way that I can't tell my own body temperature and need to rely on a thermometer, I could die from hypothermia if I trusted this thing. It's going straight back.

Useless!!! Don't buy....
Save your money and buy a basic nursery type thermometer for a few pounds. We bought this one and a basic nursery one from Mothercare and we have built in thermometer on our alarm clock. The Grobag one is always hotter by at least 3c and I will be returning it to the manufacturers. Like other reviewers it sits on a bedside table out of direct sunlight etc and is incorrect. Some days I will feel chilly and it reads 21c and says "too warm". Worst thing I have bought for my baby up to now - I would definitely not recommend at all.

Stretch the Giraffe - Entertainment for baby!
Lamaze have a wide range of items for babies which all seem to work well. Stretch the Giraffe contains a wide range of colours, rattles etc to stimulate baby and keep him interested. The belly is black, white and blue - easy colours for baby to focus on in the early days. When baby is a little older he'll be interested in the dangly stretchy legs - one foot has a squeaker, two have (different) rattles and the fourth one is crunchy. There are numerous 'taggie' ribbons on Stretch which babies seem to find fascinating. Even later on baby will make good use of the teething rings. The large clip means that Stretch can be attached to a pushchair, baby gym etc to keep baby occupied. My 16 week old little boy loves him - even just holding on to him. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

So popular we had to buy two!!
Our 5 month old son loves this and it looks soooo cute too. When we went to visit his 2 1/2 year old cousin, she fell in love with it too and so we had to buy one for her. Her mum said that she carries it everywhere with her!! Aaahhh. It is lovely and bright and fun for kids to play with. Our son has even started hugging it too. Would definately recommend!!

stretch the giraffe
i bought two of these - one for my girl Chloe and my friends baby who is the same age - they have to be brought everywhere - they both love it!

She loves the different colours and that each foot has something different too - she is teething like mad too so will use him as well for that LOL

This toy brings hours of fun for my little girl - i have since bought other lamaze items as they really seems to challenge her - having to grab things and holding onto the handle etc !!!
